Timeline of Growth
2020 — The Idea Takes Root
Blackbridge Consulting is conceived in response to a growing need for affordable, strategic business support services for minority- and women-owned businesses navigating the early stages of growth.
2021 — Official Launch in Texas
We formally establish our consulting firm in Texas, launching our first technical assistance programs in partnership with local economic development agencies and nonprofit organizations.
2022 — Expanding Our Reach
We deliver our 100th hour of one-on-one business advisory support and complete projects in multiple sectors including healthcare, education, and small-scale manufacturing.
2023 — New Partnerships & Recognition
We secure new contracts with city and state agencies, expanding our services to include financial strategy, procurement readiness, and grant management. We cross the 250-hour mark in direct small business support.
2024 — Strategic Growth & Indiana Expansion
To better serve public sector partners in the Midwest, we establish a physical presence in Indianapolis, Indiana. We exceed 500 hours of advisory support and are selected as technical assistance providers for several regional capacity-building programs.
2025 — Innovating for Scale
With a growing team and network of consultants, we launch a virtual training platform for small business owners and secure our 20th government and nonprofit engagement. Our reach now spans 6 states, with tailored solutions delivered virtually and in-person.
